Is this a website builder or a done-for-you service?
This is 100% done-for-you. No templates to tweak. No builder to learn. We build it all and hand it over ready to use.
Do i get ownership of everything?
Yes. Your domain, your CRM, your email—everything is set up in your name. You keep full access and control.
Can i customize my site later?
Yes. It’s built on WordPress, and you’ll have full admin access. Plus, we include one update per month and a free full brand refresh every 3 years.
Pricing & payment
How much does re/start cost?
- $6,600 for the first year (one-time payment), or
- $660/month for 12 months
From Year 2, renewal is $3,300/year or $330/month.
What does the renewal include?
It includes:
- Hosting + CRM + Google Workspace
- Quarterly strategy + content support

Is there a refund policy?
Since this is a custom-built service, refunds aren’t available once work begins. However, we walk you through every step before we start.

Do I need to buy these tools separately?
No. The first year of HubSpot Pro, Google Workspace, and hosting is included in your re/start package.
Is this compatible with tools i already use?
Yes. We can integrate your existing tools or migrate them over wherever possible—Calendly, Stripe, WhatsApp, Notion, Slack, and more.
Strategy & support
Do you help with marketing after setup?
Yes. You get a quarterly marketing playbook, a content calendar, and one consulting call every month for strategy, automation, or sales.
Do i need to manage the website myself?
Not at all. We maintain it for you. You can request one update per month, or more if you choose to add a maintenance plan later.
Can i get help if I need more than what’s included?
Yes. We offer additional services for design, ads, funnel builds, and integrations—just ask and we’ll scope it out.
Social impact
What’s the 1% community program?
We set aside 1% of every re/start sale for donation. At the end of the year, all customers vote on which causes the money goes to—education, clean water, old age homes, etc.
How can i vote or track the impact?
We email a poll in December. Final donation updates are shared transparently with all re/start clients.
